13JUN08: New homes rising from the
derelict garages in Handsworth Avenue
  The development follows representations made by The Forum. We were concerned that the secluded nature of the previously dilapidated area attracted criminal activity and presented an unnecessarily foreboding entrance to the footpath to The Avenue.
